Mike Henson
President
Mike (Cherokee) leads WarCon with dedication and an innovative mindset. He has managed approximately half of a billion dollars in total contracts and has taken all of the valuable experience from previous high profile projects, and has applied his 25 years of expertise and excellence to the management and growth of WarCon. Throughout Mike’s professional career, he has worked on all aspects of construction from estimating and preconstruction services to project management and quality control.
Jamie Whiteshield
Executive Administrator
Jamie (Sac and Fox, Pawnee) has earned 10 years of solid administrative experience and uses her exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to benefit WarCon operations. She has experience in tribal administration operations and is familiar with the many financial and accounting protocols required for construction projects.
Ken Scott
Senior Superintendent
Ken brings over 45 years of construction experience to the WarCon team. He is able to manage many types of projects, with a cost-conscious approach. His experience spans ground up construction of commercial, industrial, and residential projects as well as surveying of grades and elevations. He has a specialization and knowledge of all finish trades.
